Todd T. Baughman has been in the self-storage business since 1998. Mr. Baughman has been a self-employed CPA since 1992. It was his exposure to many successful clients in his public accounting practice  that motivated him to invest in self-storage. Mr. Baughman had an extensive background in residential rentals and self-serve car washes. He eventually took this experience to the self-storage business and has never looked back.

A life long resident of the Norton and Wadsworth area, Todd took his entire savings and built his first self-storage facility in Norton in 1998. Since 1998, Todd has expanded to 3 locations and a total of 44, 100 square feet of storage space.
